In April, the cherry blossoms come into bloom throughout whole Japan. It is also a time, when our newcomer students come to Japan for 2-year long-term courses. After Entrance Ceremony students usually have Hanami with school staff.  

In June students of Sakitama International Academy can participate in Soba making event.

July is the hottest month of Japanese summer, also full of summer festivals and various cultural events. Our students can take part in yukata wearing experience, write their wishes on Tanabata decorations and enjoy summer festival in Gyoda - Ukishiro-matsuri.

August is said to be the best time for Climbing Mt. Fuji the most famous and the highest mountain in Japan. Every year Sakitama International Academy arranges this unforgettable experience for our students too.

JAPANESE BBQ

In October our school meets newcomer students, who comes to study on 1.6-year long-term course, on School Entry Ceremony. After closing the event, students go to Tobu Zoo to have their dinner - Japanese BBQ. 
In the end of October we have Halloween party with sweets and costumes.

KIMONO EXPERIENCE

Sakitama International Academy arranges kimono experience event twice a year, one of them is in January, after winter holidays.

In February we organize School Trips to various interesting places around school.

After Hina-Matsuri celebration we have Graduation Ceremony, where we say good-bye to our students and wish them all the best on their future ways to Japanese colleges and universities.
